Cancellation Policy

SmarkAfrica Academy – Booking Policy At SmarkAfrica Academy, we aim to make your learning journey simple, flexible, and rewarding. Please read our booking policy carefully before enrolling in any course, workshop, or training session. 1. Course Bookings Bookings can be made directly via our website (smarkafrica.com) or through an approved SmarkAfrica representative. A booking confirmation email will be sent once payment has been received. Access to online courses is granted only after full payment is confirmed. 2. Payment All course fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods (including mobile money, card payments, and bank transfers). Payments are non-transferable between different courses unless otherwise specified. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Student cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable. Online courses (self-paced): Once access has been granted, refunds cannot be issued. SmarkAfrica cancellations: If we cancel or reschedule a course, students will be offered either: A full refund, or A transfer to the next available course at no extra cost. 4. Rescheduling & Transfers Students may request to transfer to another session of the same course at least 5 days before the original course date, subject to availability. Only one transfer per booking is permitted. 5. Attendance For live online or in-person sessions, students are expected to attend on time. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded unless agreed in advance. Certificates of completion are only issued to students who attend and complete the required training. 6. Access & Materials Course materials provided are for personal learning use only and must not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission. Login details and access to digital platforms are unique to each student and must not be shared. 7. Code of Conduct We expect all participants to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow learners. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without a refund. 8. Changes to Policy SmarkAfrica Academy reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website and email.
